Holiday Hours Update

Seasons greetings! In addition to the regular holidays that furbish this time of year with cheer, there's even more to celebrate; the first day of winter is 12/21 and National Cookie Day was 12/4 - this falls smack in the middle of National Cookie Cutter Week! Check out the pictures above of us observing this holiday with our third annual baking competition!

Adform will be closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day. We are open during the week between these dates - cleaning out inboxes, organizing a year's worth of Google Docs, and savoring coffee in an eerily quiet office. In The News: Custom Footwear

The fast food restaurant chain Whataburger will turn 70 next year but they haven't lost their luster yet! You've probably flown through Dallas or Houston and spotted their franchises, which are concentrated mainly in the Lone Star State. The company is catering to local admirers through the release of limited edition cowboy boots that are selling to the tune of $249.99/pair!

Resulting from collaboration with handcrafted western footwear brand Justin Boots and country singer Randy Rogers, Whataburger has taken steps (literally) to distinguish their logo from the similar looking logos of Walgreens and the Washington Nationals. The fabrication of this footwear comes as no surprise to anyone following the trends of fast food chains' promotional marketing. Though apparel tends to be the go-to for many fast food companies, perhaps Whataburger, in all their orange, custom-stitched glory will give boots a shoe-in as a new means of market differentiation!

Charity Spotlight: Foodshare

With December being Worldwide Food Service Safety Month, we would like to thank our many clients in the food service and food transportation industries. You help feed America and keep provisions flowing from farms to families. In support for your endeavors, Adform contributes to Foodshare. This organization serves 75,000 hungry people monthly and is known for churning 30 meals out of each $10.00 donation. Click here to read on.

Meet The Team - Rick Waskey

Next month marks the 31st Work Anniversary of the most senior member on our team - Rick Waskey! Congratulations for three decades and counting! We appreciate him for his inspirational brainwaves, strategic planning, and customer-centric approach.

Prior to joining his father's business, Adform, he owned a construction company. During his spare time, he enjoys small construction projects and spending time with his five children, all of whom are now part of the third generation family working at Adform! Rick is soon to be a grandfather with his first grandchild expected to arrive next month! Although his kids have all graduated, he continues to volunteer at the private school they attended.

You can find Rick helping the sales team find the right idea for a client’s campaign, in the production office assisting with keeping our promises, or even in the warehouse with the logistics team working on a time-sensitive specialty fulfillment project.
